This individual will guide a team of sales representatives and ensure a supportive and efficient work atmosphere while delivering outstanding service to clients.

As a studio operations manager, you will also focus on lead generation and fostering relationships with both prospective and current clients.

This is a part-time position that includes a commission structure, located in the San Fernando Valley.

Compensation & Benefits:
The remuneration for this position is $25 per hour, with biweekly payments. Alongside the base wage, this role includes a commission framework for achieving or surpassing sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory oversight
  • Lead a team of sales representatives, offering support, training, and direction to meet sales goals
  • Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance sales
  • Employ effective sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into clients
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for clients and staff
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner to devise and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the studio
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the studio is kept clean and organized
  • Monitor and analyze studio performance metrics and provide regular updates to the franchise owner
  • Stay informed on industry trends and local market competition

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous sales experience in the fitness or wellness sector preferred
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods
