About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Warner Pacific Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and be able to effectively communicate with brokers and agents. They will also be responsible for providing product and technology training, making outbound sales calls, and conducting training seminars/webinars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers and build active selling relationships to increase sales of all product lines.
  • Prospect inactive brokers to find new sales opportunities.
  • Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
  • Make outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to active and potential brokers.
  • Conduct training seminars/webinars describing the tools and opportunities available through Warner Pacific.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of Insurance Sales experience is a plus.
  • Valid Florida life/health insurance license.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
