**Job Overview:**

L'Occitane En Provence is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our boutique operations in the Southeast region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and developing top talent within our boutiques.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive Sales: Develop and execute business plans to drive Omni channel sales results and key performance indicators.
  • Lead Boutique Teams: Conduct regular store visits, interact with customers on the sales floor, and observe selling behaviors to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Recruit and Train Talent: Execute L'Occitane's talent strategy, including consistent networking, recruitment, and succession planning, while mentoring and developing internal talent.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience in retail business field.
  • 7+ years of progressive retail experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading boutique management staff.

**Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Physical and Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to work up to 8+ hours per day and be on his/her feet for extended amounts of time.
  • Must be able to travel nationally up to 75% of the time.
