As a Registered Nurse - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Level II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying potential risks and developing individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Outcome Identification: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to establish realistic and measurable goals for patient care, ensuring that these goals align with the patient's values and preferences.
  • Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Implementation: Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families, ensuring that care is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Evaluation: Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure that patients achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Professional Accountability: Maintain confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA regulations, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with a current RN license.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with a strong background in critical care nursing.
  • Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications, with the ability to obtain other relevant certifications as required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
