Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and make informed decisions.
- Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns.
- Participate in discharge planning, ensuring patients receive necessary support and resources for a smooth transition home.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Current Florida Registered Nurse License
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a gastroenterology setting
