Position Overview:

Our Marketing team is in search of a Creative Project Coordinator to enhance the Greenlight Brand. This position will oversee the ideation, production, and execution of diverse marketing initiatives, coordinating creative teams (both internal and external) to produce a variety of cross-channel assets.

In collaboration with the Director of Brand Operations, Marketing managers, and the Creative team, you will define project scope, timelines, and priorities, maintain status documents/tools, and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Marketing managers and Creative leadership to understand priorities, strategies, and creative scope, developing project plans, allocating resources, and managing campaigns as assets are conceptualized, refined, and delivered.
  • Communicate project timelines and expectations to the Creative team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Proactively assess trade-offs and recommend solutions, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
  • Ensure quality assurance by supporting the creative project intake process, guaranteeing that briefs are clear and comprehensive, and that brand-aligned, on-brief creative work is produced.
  • Organize and facilitate creative review and feedback sessions from project initiation to final approval, maintaining notes to expedite subsequent rounds of work.
  • Manage documents and project management platforms to reflect the current status of each project, clearly identifying task assignments, creative scope, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance reviews of marketing materials are conducted prior to launch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a multi-channel, integrated creative production environment.
  • Experience with project management platforms to oversee the delivery of creative outputs is essential; familiarity with Asana is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches.
  • Ability to identify workflow gaps and propose effective solutions.
  • Proven success in managing a wide range of projects within agencies or brand creative departments in high-growth settings.
  • Strong collaborative relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in adjusting priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence.

Compensation:
