Position Overview:


The Innovative Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive individual with a strong aptitude for managing the flow of creative development projects.

This role requires a strategic mindset to assess the needs of each project and the ability to independently gather essential information and resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating within a creative setting, engaging with teams such as graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, and marketing professionals.

Effective communication with senior management and creative directors is essential.

Key Duties:
40% Develop and oversee creative project timelines.

Track the progression of tasks between creative teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions through each project phase and providing regular updates.

Monitor both short-term and long-term deadlines to guarantee timely delivery.


30% Engage in meaningful discussions to clarify project goals and objectives, collaborating with management to identify key stakeholders involved in the review process.

Facilitate and contribute to project kickoff and follow-up meetings.


20% Investigate outstanding inquiries, finalize content decisions, and collect necessary information from creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure comprehensive project scope and requirements before the design phase begins.

10% Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Creative Manager.

No direct reports.

Travel Expectations:
Occasional overnight travel may be required, typically less than 10% of the time.

Physical Demands:
The majority of the work involves sitting comfortably, with frequent opportunities for movement. Rarely, there may be a need to lift light items.

Work Environment:
Work is primarily conducted in a comfortable indoor setting, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen years of age.

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering engagement among diverse groups.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leadership.

Strong presentation skills suitable for all organizational levels.

In-depth understanding of project management beyond mere coordination of creative tasks.

Familiarity with creative processes including proofing, design, and photography.
