Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of marketing and coordination activities for the launch of new facilities, including scheduling photo shoots, crafting provider biographies, and initiating marketing efforts for new team members and locations.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that detail tasks, timelines, and resource needs, specifically designed for the expansion and onboarding of new healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the timely and budget-conscious execution of marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on new facility openings.
  • Employ advanced project management and task management tools to track progress, meet deadlines, and efficiently allocate resources.
  • Educate and assist team members in effectively utilizing project management software and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Guarantee that all marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring quality and consistency across both new and existing facilities.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, demonstrating a successful history of managing multiple large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Direct experience in overseeing tasks related to the establishment of new facilities, including provider onboarding, biography development, and marketing launches.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management and task management software, with a strong understanding of how technology can optimize workflows and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, with the ability to apply these in diverse situations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of managing diverse teams and effectively engaging with new providers.
