Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in advancing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and executing events with precision. This position requires effective communication, teamwork, and exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate will support campaign management, resource organization, and coordination of both internal and external events.


Key Responsibilities

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Design and implement ABM strategies targeting key accounts, focusing on personalized campaigns and messaging.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and develop tailored marketing programs.
  • Leverage ABM, marketing automation, and CRM tools to execute and assess ABM campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce relevant materials aligned with ABM objectives.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, and virtual gatherings.
  • Oversee all event logistics, such as venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure event objectives align with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Evaluate and report on event success through key metrics like attendance, lead generation, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or event coordination.
  • Proven experience in managing both internal and external events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Eventbrite, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and ABM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration within an organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A background in technology, cloud services, or SaaS is advantageous but not mandatory.
