Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Sales and Marketing teams in executing effective marketing and promotional strategies for our products and services. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to produce marketing materials, manage events, and maintain vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop marketing collateral, presenting insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Review existing marketing literature and materials to inform current projects.
  • Create direct mail pieces, flyers, and other graphic design elements for local marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary contact for inquiries regarding departmental communications.
  • Oversee the management of vendor relationships, ensuring productive partnerships and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable marketing strategies, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and market trends.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and assist with departmental events as needed.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Exercise independent judgment in significant matters and maintain regular attendance, including the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Additional Information

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is preferred. A background of 3-5 years in marketing or sales management is advantageous.
