- Assist in the development and execution of performance review processes.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will possess reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and focused qualities. Proven experience in HR development, payroll management, and performance reviews is essential. Fluency in Spanish is necessary due to the bank's primary business in LatAm.
