Job Description:

The Seasonal Human Resources Assistant will provide support to the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks related to the country club's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR role or administrative position, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and update the HR database with relevant information.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and necessary paperwork.
  • Help organize employee training sessions and assist with employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding employment.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and club events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position (experience in the hospitality or country club industry is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year
