Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs to promote associate engagement and community involvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including asset protection and safety controls.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, following the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
- Assist the store manager in driving financial performance, including reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and developing plans to correct any deficiencies.
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
