About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests
    • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences
    • Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet guest needs
  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features
    • Effectively communicate product benefits and features to guests
  • Operational Excellence
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Meet productivity and sales goals
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals
    • Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed

  • Communication Skills

    • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

    • Proven customer service experience
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
