About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Merchandise Expert. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Ensure accurate and efficient product presentation, including stocking, zoning, and signing
  • Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
  • Participate in daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and promotions to effectively engage with guests
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
