Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our West Coast Commercial Card Portfolio as a Commercial Card Payables Director. This role will be responsible for managing a team and contributing as a Commercial Card Payables Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales and revenue targets established by business plans.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve work processes for sales and service management, risk management, and compliance.
  • Opportunity Optimization: Optimize opportunities through deal teams and sales calls.

  • Business Decisions: Act as a trusted advisor for business decisions.
  • Resource Allocation: Recommend business priorities and advise on resource requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Advise on sales strategy based on market understanding.
  • Data Governance: Coordinate the management of databases in adherence with data governance standards.
  • Change Management: Lead change management programs.
  • Risk Management: Manage the risk of the assigned complex portfolio.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Client Contact: Act as the daily sales contact for the client.
  • Pre-Sales Assistance: Provide assistance to the team in pre-sales activities.
  • Implementation Tracking: Track implementation requests and internal reports.
  • Client Information: Maintain current client information.
  • Specialist Resource: Operate at a group/enterprise-wide level as a specialist resource.
  • Trend Adaptation: Implement changes in response to shifting trends.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional Background: Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $120, $222,600.00 per year. The pay type is Salaried.
