Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with ownership and asset management teams to implement strategic business initiatives.
  • Supervise the assistant property manager and on-site personnel.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts effectively.
  • Engage with leasing agents to discuss market trends, potential tenants, and lease agreements.
  • Facilitate tenant communications and address requests promptly.
  • Assist in managing capital expenditure projects alongside the Construction Management team.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget and operational expenses.
  • Conduct monthly reporting, manage funding requests, accounts receivable/payable, and lease administration.
  • Commit to being on-site five days a week.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in managing large office properties.
  • Proficient in MRI and MS Office; familiarity with Angus and/or Building Engines is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid CA Real Estate License is necessary; candidates without a license will be considered but must obtain one shortly.
  • Preferred designations include CPM, RPA, or CCIM.
  • Essential skills include strong time management, tenant relations, financial insight, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting.
