  • Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.83 based on location and experience.
  • Overtime compensation at time and a half.

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service TechniciansOur Field Services Team is dedicated to creating value for our clients through solutions that foster long-term partnerships. As a first-line response team member, you will engage with customers in a supportive and proactive manner, focusing on delivering effective solutions. You will manage and prioritize customer inquiries and address issues before they escalate. With comprehensive training provided by NCR, you will be equipped to meet customer needs efficiently.

  • Execute customer installations, maintenance, and service calls efficiently.
  • Service electromechanical systems, including self-checkout machines, within a designated area.
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with electronic systems.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including driving for several hours daily.
  • Availability for rotating and weekend shifts.
  • Flexibility for varied shift work, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Ability to lift tools and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
  • Physical capability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of various sizes.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
  • A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
  • One or more years of relevant experience.
