Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:
- Deliver desktop support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges.
- Conduct real-time troubleshooting to efficiently address technical issues.
- Configure printers and network drives to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize ticketing systems for effective issue tracking and resolution.
- Execute break/fix and Asset Management tasks during project intervals.
- 2-3+ years of experience in desktop support, including printer and network drive configuration, troubleshooting, and ticketing system utilization.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of the Windows (Office/MS 365) environment.
- Experience with iOS environments, including MDM/Intune, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
