Job Title: Microsoft Partner Business Development Lead

This role is responsible for driving the development of Microsoft and AVS market/product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales in Broadcom's designated market segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud solutions and the ability to analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying volume and strategic customers and developing partnerships to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels, marketing programs, and developing and presenting field and partner development based on skill needs.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create compelling market analysis presentations. The candidate will also be responsible for leading contract and reseller renewal efforts with Broadcom legal and product teams, engaging with Microsoft's strategic partnership team, and providing pricing information and communicating schedule changes and product enhancements to the partner.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree and 15+ years of related work experience or an MS degree and 13+ years of related work experience. They will also have a strong network within the industry and be an acknowledged expert by peers.
