About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our AWS Global Partner Investment and Incentive Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue for our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial incentives, including business case development, stakeholder alignment, and go-to-market strategies for pilots, promotions, and new incentives.
  • Own and communicate partner needs to internal teams, with a focus on accelerating partner successes and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new incentives, supporting all partners eligible for AWS investments through global Channel Partners, ISV partners, and SI partners.
  • Work directly with partners to develop new incentive structures and delivery plans in partner deals.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple stakeholders, including AWS Sales, Partner Core, Service teams, and System teams.
  • Present to senior leadership on business roadmaps and serve as a Subject Matter Expert between business teams and technical teams.
