Back of House Team Associate Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, swiftly, and efficiently, adhering to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Understand the responsibilities for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food preparation
  • Restock kitchen supplies as necessary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy kitchen at all times
  • Stay informed about new products introduced by Chick-fil-A
  • Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance concerns to Leadership
  • Enhance personal knowledge through in-house training and remain updated on any changes
  • Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
  • Follow Chick-fil-A guidelines and dress code consistently
  • Perform other duties as assigned
