Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Cook Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise food-service associates to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality meals.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Adhere to approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in accordance with department procedures to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of our food supply.
  • Assist with serving meals and remain present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer feedback.
