Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cannabis Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, packaging, and labeling cannabis-based medicines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with harvesting activities, ensuring the quality of harvested cannabis.
  • Prepare cannabis products for sale and packaging, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Manufacture cannabis pre-rolls, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Pack and label cannabis products, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Conduct quality control checks, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage workflows efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Keep detailed records of tasks performed, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Provide feedback to enhance processes, contributing to the company's continuous improvement.
  • Perform necessary machine maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
  • Other duties as assigned, supporting the team's efforts to achieve excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments, ensuring accurate measurements and quality control.
  • Dexterity, bending, and lifting are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, adapting to changing environments and priorities.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
