Our client is actively seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Metal Fabrication Specialist role. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member who can enhance the overall performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ascertain the requirements for metal fabrication.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and shape stainless steel sheets, plates, and pipes utilizing various tools and machinery.
  • Assemble and weld metal components to create structures and machinery.
  • Install fabricated stainless-steel components and systems adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and modifications on existing stainless-steel equipment and structures.
  • Ensure all installations comply with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Inspect and test fabricated components to confirm they meet specified tolerances and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and resolve any defects or issues in the fabrication process.
  • Maintain precise records of inspections, tests, and repairs.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in stainless steel metal fabrication, ideally within a food manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Proficient in welding (TIG, MIG), cutting, grinding, and other metalworking techniques.
  • Strong understanding of stainless-steel properties and metal fabrication methods.
  • Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations related to food processing.
Compensation:

Starting pay at $25+/hr, based on experience.
