Position SummaryThe role of Inventory Coordinator involves a proactive approach to influence the culture at Trulieve. This position oversees the daily operations of a significant cannabis cultivation facility and works directly with the Cultivation Manager. The Inventory Coordinator provides essential support to all cultivation personnel, including guidance on policies, procedures, schedules, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately count plants within designated areas.
- Ensure that the counted quantities are correctly recorded in the inventory management system.
- Relocate plants and assign them to new locations as necessary.
- Utilize spreadsheets and Excel for inventory management.
- Conduct inventory assessments across multiple facilities.
- Track all plants in the warehouses daily to maintain accuracy.
- Update the system with any changes or new statuses of plants.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Willingness to attend inventory system training sessions as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 years old in specific states).
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is required.
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or move a minimum of 50 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Ability to work in various positions (seated/standing) for extended periods and maintain balance while climbing, kneeling, or reaching.
- Must handle organic materials daily and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Visual acuity is required for tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts.
- Effective verbal communication skills in moderate noise environments.
Compensation will be based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, is offered with this position. This role typically requires an average of 40 hours per week, with availability for after-hours emergencies.
