Sales Role Overview
Premier custom packaging company Jobot is hiring a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and building relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients through effective communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on our products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales in the engineering industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
