Role Summary:

The Digital Engagement Specialist will spearhead the creation and execution of social media content strategies that elevate the Service Coordination brand. This role involves crafting innovative campaigns that enhance awareness of our services and drive engagement across multiple digital channels.

Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in storytelling and building a vibrant online community.

Essential Duties:
Lead and manage organic social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and Communications to refine the annual social media strategy and monthly content calendars.

Oversee daily posting schedules, focusing on data-driven engagement and optimization.

Develop social media best practices and standards to enhance brand identity and audience interaction.

Analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve engagement outcomes.

Stay informed on social media trends and identify opportunities for impactful storytelling and real-time engagement.

Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages to strengthen brand loyalty.

Work across departments to amplify the reach of social media initiatives and campaigns.

Continuously innovate our social media presence by staying updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in social media management, with a strong understanding of both paid and organic strategies.
Proficiency in social media advertising platforms is preferred.
Exceptional writing and communication skills are required.
Strong project management abilities and attention to detail are essential.
