RemX is in search of a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team, focusing on high-precision automation systems. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with robust mechanical and electrical expertise, coupled with significant experience in domestic and international travel for work assignments. They will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios while upholding superior customer service and system reliability.

Note: This role necessitates 60-80% travel across the country and occasionally overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on high-precision automation equipment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer.
  • Strong mechanical and technical foundation with experience in schematics and PLCs.
  • Travel 60% - 80% domestically and occasionally internationally to perform work at client locations.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical assistance for equipment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Deliver training to the client's on-site personnel.
