IT Field Services Technician

MB2 Dental Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Field Services Technician to provide top-notch technical support to dental practices across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues at partner office locations and the MB2 Dental HQ campus environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support during field visits and at the MB2 Dental HQ.
  • Install and configure laptops, PCs, tablets, mobile phones, and network printers.
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot servers, desktop/laptop workstations, and network devices.
  • Support VoIP telephone systems and build positive relationships with partner offices.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to travel for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022, and MacOS
  • Domain/Active Directory proficiency
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ or Network + certification
  • Dental software knowledge
