Job Overview

HomePro, a leading innovator in smart home technology, is seeking a highly organized and communicative Field Service Coordinator to manage the dispatching of technical and service teams across various locations.

This role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of dispatch software and GPS tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently dispatch service technicians and installation teams to customer locations, ensuring optimal routes and timely service completion.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent service requests and provide real-time support to field teams.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers, technicians, and internal departments, facilitating updates and information exchange.
  • Allocate resources effectively, considering the complexity of jobs, technician skill sets, and geographic considerations.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a dispatch or similar logistical coordination role, ideally in the tech or home services industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to calmly resolve scheduling conflicts or concerns.
  • Knowledgeable in dispatch software and GPS tracking tools.
  • Commitment to delivering superior customer service.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; additional certification or training in logistics is a plus.
