Job Description

HomePro is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Coordinator to manage the dispatching of our technical and service teams across various locations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a dispatch or similar logistical coordination role, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently dispatch service technicians and installation teams to customer locations, ensuring optimal routes and timely service completion.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent service requests and provide real-time support to field teams.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments, facilitating updates and information exchange.
  • Allocate resources effectively, considering the complexity of jobs, technician skill sets, and geographic considerations.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a dispatch or similar logistical coordination role, ideally in the tech or home services industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to calmly resolve scheduling conflicts or concerns.
  • Knowledgeable in dispatch software and GPS tracking tools.
  • Commitment to delivering superior customer service.
