About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at D-H Lebanon-MHMH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide individualized care and services to patients under the direction of a provider.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and services based on individual needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or successful completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program
  • Prior clinical nursing experience is preferred
  • A valid Vermont State Practical Nurse License or CMA certification by date of employment is required
