About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team. This role involves overseeing the coordination and delivery of medical care across a long-term care facility in Bennington County, Vermont.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of medical care across the facility
  • Advise facility leadership on matters affecting the health and welfare of residents
  • Review, assess, and recommend updates to medical and resident care policies
  • Communicate medical policies, procedures, and regulations to all medical staff
  • Participate in Quality Assurance Committees to conduct and report on monthly quality assessments
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted VT License
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Valid DEA license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a long-term care facility
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
