Project Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scope Preparation: Develop work scope packages to ensure successful project execution.
- Change Order Estimating: Estimate and develop change orders to meet project requirements.
- Project Tracking and Quality Control: Monitor project progress and ensure quality control measures are in place.
- Documentation and Problem Solving: Document and facilitate problem-solving using the RFI system.
- Subcontractor Management: Prepare subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve successful project completion.
- Accountability and Positive Work Environment: Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for project team members.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with diverse teams and possess strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting and Mobility: Lifting no more than 20 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Work Environment: Working in controlled building environments, occasional extreme indoor and outdoor temperatures, and noisy and dusty environments.
