Job Title: Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist

At Masada, we are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist to join our team. As a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing short-term, intensive behavioral interventions to severely disordered and impaired youth.

Job Summary

The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist will work within the context of a client's overall mental health treatment plan to help the client and their caregiver(s) address specific problematic behaviors. This position involves working designated shifts under the direct supervision of the TBS Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide short-term, intensive behavioral interventions to severely disordered and impaired youth.
  2. Work within the context of a client's overall mental health treatment plan to address specific problematic behaviors.
  3. Collaborate with caregivers to develop and implement behavioral interventions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions.
  5. Document client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree and (1) year full-time related experience, A.A. and (3) years related experience.
  2. Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
  3. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  4. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
  5. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
