Behavioral Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at RightWorks Staffing. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing ABA programs to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement ABA programs to address behavioral goals and objectives
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services
  • Write performance evaluations and progress reports to track client progress
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 3+ years of experience working in ABA
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection and report writing
