As a key member of our Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing exceptional Guest and Team service.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing sales and profits, executing procedures, and ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests.
- Team Management: Support the General Manager in managing Team Members, including interviewing, hiring, training, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure excellent Guest service and restaurant performance.
- Guest Service: Ensure that Guests receive exceptional service, and respond promptly to complaints and policy and procedure violations.
- Policy and Procedure Enforcement: Ensure that all Team Members follow company policies and procedures, and identify and respond to any deviations or concerns.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
- Certifications: Food Safety Certified
- Experience: 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
- Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment, and commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
