We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our company. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager, maintain office systems, and perform various administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including drafting correspondence, planning meetings, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the preparation and management of projects, including research, onsite inspections, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and schedules related to projects and other items assigned by the General Manager.
- Provide quality customer service and respond to phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner.
- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Supply Management experience
- Developing Standards and Promoting Process Improvement skills
- Inventory Control and Reporting Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
