Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Follow company and brand standards for guest service policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on room availability and guest upgrade options.
  • Make and confirm guest reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Process guest charges, including room, food, and other services.
  • Issue room keys and maintain knowledge of various room types, amenities, and room rates.
  • Assist with guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous front desk agent, guest services, or customer service experience, preferably in a full-service hotel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to accurately input guest information using a computer and various software applications.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and move throughout the front desk area as needed.
