Key Responsibilities

This engaging District Manager position offers both challenges and rewards, paving the way for ongoing career advancement. As an essential part of our regional management team, you will influence the direction of your area by establishing objectives, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, and driving financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically directing operations within the designated region to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
  • Clarifying team objectives and strategies, setting clear priorities for all team members.
  • Participating in strategic planning sessions to outline divisional and regional goals.
  • Expanding profitable business opportunities within the geographic area through new acquisitions and business development.
  • Leading the sales process for new business, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Developing and managing an annual budget for the assigned region, ensuring financial compliance.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure contract compliance and uphold client satisfaction.
  • Addressing escalated client, resident, customer, and employee-related issues.
  • Collaborating with legal and human resources on customer and employee-related matters.
  • Conducting annual performance evaluations and overseeing timely reporting in accordance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel a percentage of the year, including overnight stays.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a hospitality-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-unit food service management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-unit food service operations with a combined volume of $18 million or greater, overseeing three (3) or more accounts.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and innovative with a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and P&L-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Email, and the Internet.
  • ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
  • Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
  • Ability to provide documentation for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
