Job Summary:

The Promotions Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue-driving strategies to enhance district and venue sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management, sales directors, and marketing teams to drive revenue through strategic planning.
  • Exercise independent discretion and judgment to drive revenue through:
    • Data collection and analysis
    • Special events and social gatherings
    • Client relationship building and retention
    • Negotiating rates and promotional offerings
  • Host events and social gatherings to build relationships with current and new clientele.
  • Select and schedule team members to work promotional hours and events.
  • Supervise and manage team members during promotional hours and events.
  • Host bi-weekly training sessions for team members on data collection, building guest lists, and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly scorecard reports to document performance.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or sales and marketing
  • Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Savvy in marketing and promotional strategies
  • Highly organized and reliable
Requirements:
  • Able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel for workshops, tradeshows, and meetings
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
