Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline is advantageous
  • At least one year of experience within a managed care environment
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is mandatory; Medical Assistant Certification is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
