Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner, resolving any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Perform sales transactions, make change, accept declining balance cards and other forms of payment, and issue receipts to customers.
  • Cash Management: Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that the cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments, coffee, and other beverages, as well as general supplies, while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Ensure compliance with company service standards, sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous cashier experience is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately count cash, manage cash drawers, and maintain inventory levels.
