Business Development Manager

UNIFILL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales agent to drive the growth of its brand and global presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and sales in assigned areas.
  • Provide a positive company image on the territory through social media and other channels.
  • Collaborate with the internal Sales & Marketing team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, importers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years sales/import/distribution experience in packaging or industrial machines.
  • Excellent communication, confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Capacity to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Attitude to be a team player with a pro-active spirit.
  • Knowledge of import export customs procedures and familiarity with customers databases.
