Job Title: Account Manager

At Alcon, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Eye Care Practitioners, promoting Alcon products and services to improve their practice profitability.
  • Provide product and technical consultation to doctors on the appropriate use of Alcon products.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through effective sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the Area team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience.
