Business Development Manager

UNIFILL is seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales agent to drive the growth of its brand and global presence. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in packaging machines and/or automation industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive company image on the territory using social media and increase market presence and sales in the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, importers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
  • Organize visits, presentations, and promotions of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years sales/import/distribution experience in packaging or industrial machines.
  • Excellent communication, confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Capacity to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Knowledge of import export customs procedures and customers databases.
