About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Sales Lead to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving volume, profit, and share growth within various M&B categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement joint business planning with customers to drive sales objectives
  • Manage and lead cross-portfolio platforms to drive volume, profit, and share growth
  • Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with customers
  • Monitor and update customer business plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Utilize shopper and category management practices to link consumer and shopper trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • 12+ years of CPG industry sales and/or category management experience
  • Strong understanding of and experience with P&L management, trade, and forecasting
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess customer competitive position and behaviors
What We Offer
