Student Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Student Accounts Coordinator plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing the monthly payment plan, processing payments, and responding to inquiries related to student accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly payment plan, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Process payments, refunds, and other transactions related to student accounts
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile uploads and ensure accuracy
- Participate in recruitment and retention functions, including new student orientations and registration nights
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a higher education environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
