We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team at Reseco Advisors. In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting the Client Managers with the servicing and management of our commercial insurance clientele.
Your responsibilities will include supporting daily client operations, addressing client inquiries, preparing essential documentation, and delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Client Managers. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Client Managers in the administration of client accounts and requests
- Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Prepare and manage client documentation, including insurance certificates and endorsements
- Organize and schedule meetings and client presentations
- Assist in collecting and structuring data for client renewals and new business proposals
Qualifications:
For this particular position, we prefer candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Applied EPIC is a plus
- The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- A willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license
- A client-centric approach and a dedication to delivering superior service
